i know i have to convert to tpi fuel injection how hard and how epensive is that?

 

If you don't care about the fuel injection put a carb on. That doesn't look like much power from a 383 anyway. I am building a 450 horsepower, 470 ft. lbs. torque 383 for my 92 with tbi. The swap to carb is supposed to be easy, give me a month and I could tell you for sure.
