Fired for the first time!!

The other day, I finally got the pluggs and wires on the 307. Turned the key and it ran a little rough. After awhile, it would'nt start. Pulled one of the pluggs and it was fouled.

Got some new pluggs, now it starts right up and runs like a champ! Heres the specs on the motor. 307 sbc, stock 200 horse w/2 barrel. I added a mild Summit cam, 305 heads from the original motor that was in the car, Q-jet carb and Performer intake. I put all new seals and gaskets in too. I did most of the work myself, with some help from dad. Yeah I know, its not a 350, but I'm happy with it. Oh yeah, I'm 14, so I'm still waiting on the license.

Was just the one fouled, or more than that? Old plugs I hope... otherwise I'd try to track down why it fouled and see if you cant fix that.

They were all fouled. I think it was because the float stuck when we first tried to start it. Tapped on it and it quit flooding. After the new plugs it runs great now.
