Hi, I am so excited. I just finished putting an 69' Olds 455 in my 86' camaro . The only thing is that the bar that comes from the rearend (I think it is called the Torsion Bar) is supposed to bolt to the tranny, well I now have a THM350 and there is no place to bolt the mount to? ANy suggestions.

Summit & Jegs both have a bracket that can be bolted to the tailshaft housing. Spohn (ad above) has nice conversion pieces.

Hey, did you ever get that 455 Olds running in your camaro? I have one that I was considering installing and am curious how yours worked out. You didn't have a email address posted.

 

i've got an olds 455 sittin in the garage and have put considerable thought into that or a 403 olds. how does everything work out with headers and motormounts??? i need to know. If possible, email me @www.hipergp@aol.com
