on which car to buy a 99ss camaro or a 99 ram air ta. they both come with ls1's and they both have 6 speed manual transmissions. Which one would you all go with and why? I am also looking into putting a supercharger on it in the future would that make any kind of difference. Other than mechanical reasons I like the way the ta's look in comparison to the ss. thanks for any responce

simple answer, which one do you like more styling wise. they are both kick *** cars. but have definetly different styling cues both inside and out. which you like more is the one you decide on. i personally like the look of the 99 SS.

 

I like the camaro better, it still has that dirty ******* camaro look....

I think TA do come with more gadget and sh*t and i'm not sure but I also think it has a different gears ratio.

I say test drive them both. Buy which ever one you like better. Besides, any excuse to test drive 2 ls1 cars is a good thing.

 

What are the prices? I would go with the SS probably.
