Swapping 305 for a L83
I can grab this 70k motor up for a couple hundred bucks. I know there are better motors out there, but this is cheap, well maintained, and reliable. It came out of a vette, and now has carb on it, other than a mild cam it is bone stock. My question is... since this was originally a cross fire engine, will I have trouble dropping this thing in my 91 rs ragtop? What do I do about the ECU controlled stuff? Do I just drop it in, hook up a fuel line, distributor, and battery, and off I go?

Put all your TBI gear on it, get a knock sensor and ECM for a 350 TBI, call it a day.
