Engine: 350 bored .40 reman vortec heads
Transmission: 700r4
power to starter and wipers nothing else
ok i have pulled most of the wires from the ecm and am doing a 305 to 350 carb swap. i have power to the starter and wipers and door chime. i have no head lights tail lights dash lights signals and no pump at this time what have i missed help me out thank you.

ok i now have full power I overlooked the dround to the batery from the car body.
