Has this been done? Good, bad, or other?

I currently have an 89' RS, 305, TBI, and WHOOOPPPEED 700R4.

Plan on the following:
ZZ4 350
Edelbrock PRO-FLO EFI (chips are burned to cam specs)
2600 stall Precision Industries Conv
new 700R4
retaining 3.42 rear
have FULL SLP TPI headers/exhaust in car now with Random Technologies Cat

1) Does this sound like a good matching set?
2) Will the PRO-FLO bolt up to the "Corvette-style" heads?
3)how will it be on the emmisions?

Haven't been on here in a long time, appreciate any help/opinions I can get. Lotta $$$ to just take a guess....
