will this work before i buy it! NEED HELP!
ok doing a 350 motor swap from a 305 in a 91 camaro rs everything stcok still on the car. The part number for the motor i want is 12530282 thats gm direct! Got all the cash in hand and before i make this purchase just wanted to make sure it will fit & work in my camaro because some we sites have been telling it wont! also i know that i will have to change the intake but can i use the distributor & other things from off of the 305?????

I don't think it will work until after you buy it. . . 
It has Vortec heads, so you will need a Vortec-type intake (which you apparently know), but otherwise everything from your 305 will fit.
From your username, I assume you have a '91 305 RS TBI. If the exhaust is stock, it is restrictive to a 305, and will be even worse with a 350. The TBI computer calibration will most likely need to be modified to get it to run properly.
But, if you just put on a Vortec TBI intake and bolt the engine in, it will at least run.

It has Vortec heads, so you will need a Vortec-type intake (which you apparently know), but otherwise everything from your 305 will fit.

thanks dude just wanted to make sure before i spent my money!......will i need a to change the whole exhaust?

That would be best. Headers, cat, and cat-back for the '86-'90 TPI single cat application will do you well.
