out the bottom
I'm in the middle of removing the L03 from my Camaro, I'm going out the bottom, but it's not staying on the ground, I'm wondering if it's just because i haven't lifted the car high enough, or if I haven't removed everything that needs to be removed.
I've removed/ disconnected;
6 bolts in the K member the bolts that go to the front "sub-frame"
all radiator connections.
brake lines
fuel lines
Power steering lines
all electrical connections to the engine/trans
strut mounts
pitman arm/ idler arm
trans crossmember/driveshaft
and the a/c lines.
Am I missing something?

Re: out the bottom
they're both gone too, I don't see the throttle cable holding the whole engine and trans up either, maybe the shift cable. would it help if I chained my front springs?
Let me put it this way, I've almost got the front wheels off the ground, and the motor seems to stay the same height in the engine bay.
Re: out the bottom
Torque arm needs to come loose too. Dont forget the K-member braces bolting to the frame rails. When you lift the chassis up, the A-arms will raise up some before you get the body high enough to clear everything
The K-member has two alignment dowels up front that can rust up in there or get wedged if the car was in a collision. Try getting a little rough with it and see if it comes free. Be sure the chassis is pretty low at the time when you do

one of the triangular braces on the K member wasn't completely unbolted.
