hey guys i need help somebody cut all my wires and i dont know what wires go to my starter and the alt. i am runnung an old scholl starter with a big post and little post i got a group of wires that i think is the starter wire there r two red wiresthat go into one and a purple wire r this my starter wire thanks

 

The two red wires provide electrical power to the chassis (and the path between the alternator and the battery). They are connected to the same starter terminal as the positive battery cable.

The purple wire is the start signal, and goes to the "S" terminal on the starter solenoid.
