What kind of headers are those? Im planning on dropping a 468 into my 88 camaro and I still need headers, but those look like a set my buddy wants a hundred bucks for ?

 

they are patroit clipsterraw 737-h8013 also read threads onbbc swap headers where h8012 headers you do same thing fact i need to do little more hammer work i also am going to clip off where reducer bolts on off and weld 3" tube going by trans with 3" bullet mufflers

dont take long to pull one out but putting same engine back in seems like taking forever plus that old alt bracket is gaging me wanted new one on for pics

after break cam in for 30 mins and debug a little giong to try low mount bracket again thanks terry

did ok timing off carb is junk got 850 ddp coming but as u can see betsy back that vedio is with no header gasketsin place in fact ran camin with no header gaskets

 

by the way cut off flang on pass side driversidefit great

read ithink big block swap headers itook bfh to floor likethey did onthat thread also dimpeled header at the clllector weld a little got to add little with bfh to floor willpost apic tommof header driver side was as easy as taking bar raised engine a little to get collector through thats it it fits great

Our Bigblock has been on a stand for about 5 yrs!! : (
Need cam, rings & all bearings. It's a 460 (454 + .030)
.250 dome hyperutechtich pistons, had '69 closed chamber 112cc heads.
It will get 119s that were ported, polished, & gasket matched, & new intake.
Haven't decided a cam package yet.
Just no time to do anything!!! I got 2 days seat time this year!! Booooo

 

i thought my cam would have more lope to it iwas suprised very little she will be sleeper when bugs are out by the way used herbert cam

I was amazed how many 'stangs & S10s with383s & Hemi trucks wanted to go country roading!! I'm sure you know what that's like!!

Since ours will be a street driver, I am thinking of using 8100 truck exhaust manifolds. I saw the Ed Quay headers about an hour AFTER they sold!!..

should have up date tomm eve getting lot of the bugs out of her very happy with her now i need to install posi and 323 gears by the way no sleeper to this car

 

next thing to do is add bullet mufflers and ill be done then add posi and gears o yea paint headers

The weather is changing. 1 day it's low 50s, then the next is mid 60s,
then a few days of upper 40s.
