83-85 Camaro/Firebird V8

Be sure your heads have the accessory bolt holes, and that the block has the correct starter bolt hole

You should be able to use the 307 flexplate and starter with the TH700. If the flexplate doesn't have the proper holes to bolt up the torque converter, you should be able to find a replacement flexplate at a parts store that has both torque converter bolt patterns.

You can also use a flexplate from an '82-'85 f-body V8 automatic, but your 307 block may not be drilled for the f-body starter you'd have to use with it.
