pretty sure you can use the stock TB on the hsr, but in not 100% on that.

stock 113 heads? Anything done to the valve guide boss areas to gain more lift? Not sure but I thought those heads were limited to around .470-.480" lift, as are most factory heads?

If you can get them setup to handle more lift, I'd run a comp cc503 type grind... aka 276hr. Its around 224/230 .503/.510 on a 110 lsa. Heads wont take too much more cam without giving up alot of low end. Similar to LT1 heads, and they do well with 224 deg type cams. Shorter runner likes tighter lsa, but not as tight as LT1 intakes. 110-111lsa would be ok. 276HR can be ordered on a 110.

I assume you can tune this and dont need to pass emissions.

I might be wrong, but I thought those had real tiny combustion chambers.

58cc...generally around 11 to 1 comp with a flat top 5cc relief piston. Lower 10's to 1 with a mild dish which most L98's came with. Plus stock engine has pistons in the hole about .025 , and they should be around -12cc dish for earlier year L98's, so with a .028" gasket you'd be comfortable at 9.8 to 1...actually abit too low for aluminum head motor.
