The TPI hardware will bolt to the '87 TBI engine.
You can repin a TBI harness, but it makes a lot more sense to buy a TPI harness. Usually available in the classifieds on this Board.

The 86 trans am already has a tpi 305 in it. It spun a bearing an instead of rebuilding it I'm just putting another 305 in it I already have te tpi harness in the car

Okay, I see what you were saying now. The TBI harness stuff was confusing, since you shouldn't need anything of the TBI system itself. I also assumed the '86 didn't currently have TPI.
Yes, the '86 accessories will bolt to the truck longblock, and the '88 TPI base will bolt to the '87 truck heads. However, I'd be inclined to have the '86 heads redone and put them on the '87 shortblock. Better flowing heads, and your existing TPI base will bolt to them. The only advantage the '87 heads have are the centerbolt valve covers.
