383 setup
Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this setup? Any help would be GREATLY Appreciated!!
CAM (Comp 280) Duration at 50 is 230 230
Camshaft CCA-12-212-2
Lifters 817
Double Gear Rollers
Stall Converter 22-24 TSI
Flat Top piston 4 valve release 10.2.1 compression
Heads are 882 1979 Corvette heads

That cam works well,and would make power in that combo,as well as sound cool.
That said,there are MUCH better grinds out there with today's technology.The Comp techline is readily available,google it and it will come up.
Be ready to divulge your induction type and size,trans info,rear gear ratio,and tire size.

Get some real heads. Until you do, it doesn't make much difference what else you do to it.
Oh, with proper quench, you won't get to 10.2:1 with flat tops and 76cc chambers. More like 9.8:1.
