First off I know this forum is for 3rd gen camaros but I can't get any answers or anything useful from any of the other forums. This forum is the best site to get useful info without people trying to buy stuff from you. Just to let y'all know I do own an 89 formula. I have a 1980 rs with a 305 and a 4speed manual trans. I am wanting to swap out the 305 and tans with a performance 350 and th350. I want to keep the car as original as possible and have all gauges and air conditioning work. It gets hot in Texas. Is there any modifications to install the automatic and can I use the pulleys from the 305. Please any info wll be appreciated.

 

The 305 and 350 are externally identical, but since this isn't a thirdgen question...
