Going to a LQ4 should i keep im Accel system

Going to a LQ4 should i keep im Accel system

I have a 89 camaro with a 350 tpi that I was planning on building it up so I bought and installed a accel thruster system but I’m going to do a turbo LQ4 instead.
From what I was looking at I thing it will cost $1000+ to convert the accel system to ls.
So the question I have is it worth the money to keep the accel or should I buy a stock ls1 computer system?
And if I keep the accel does anyone know exactly what I need to convert it over?
