Torque to turn an L31 350

So I'm rebuilding an L31 350 for my Camaro and 'm just about to start putting on the accessories and thought I should check the torque to turn over the engine. It currently has the heads, the intake, the rotating assembly, and harmonic balancer, but no distributor, oil filter, spark plugs or carb. Everything is torqued to spec and it's taking about 60 lb/feet tostart the crank turning and between 40 and 50 to keep it turning. Is that too high?
