Engine 305-350

Hello I am 17 years old and I just bought my dream car and am very happy with it besides the engine it's a 91 camaro RS 305 and I would like to do a swap to a 350 because the 305 has no power at all literally slow like a bull dozer but sounds nice I do know about engines but not every thing so what would I need to do this swap and should I delete every thing like the a/c etc and should I rebuild the 350 first before putting it in looking on craigslist for the 350 the engine I have now has 150xxx miles on it just put new distributor in did the timing and I know their are other post about the swap but I would like to have some one tell me from the position I'm at now please reply

Motor is a straight swap using all your existing parts;
you just need the 350 specific parts like the 350 memcal ( chip with tune on it ) , injectors and a 350 knock sensor

Would be worth at least taking the heads and pan off the 350 to check the condition.
There are 150K engines that have had a easyt life and others that are near dead

IMO it's important to have an overall goal of what you want in the end. The costs can increase quite a bit depending on the power you want to end up with. If you don't plan it out you can also end up with unexpected costs and/or an unfinished project.
