I don't know how to break it to you, but you have a Goodwrench "Hecho en Mexico" 2-piece rear main seal service van replacement block with L98 TPI heads. Ain't no LT1.
Want me to change the thread title for you?
Good news is stroker kits are relatively inexpensive and plentiful.

Re: Lt1 questions!
Is the crank wiped out? Rods? Any particular reason to go with a rotating kit rather than just rebuild what you have?
You can search summitracing.com for rebuild kits, cranks, stroker kits, etc.

Actually spun in the rods, or just wiped out the running surface?
It may be cheaper to buy a new crank, but if the crank isn't heavily damaged, you may be able to have it turned .010" under and be back in business with new bearings. However, if the bearing shell spun within the rod, and wiped out the crank journal, it may be cheaper to get a rotating kit.
Of course, if you want a 383, then a rotating kit is the right way to go.
Those blocks weren't always machined the best, so you might want to take it to a machine shop and have it checked over before spending any other money.
I suppose I should have said "service van replacement engine". Fleet vehicles was their biggest market, although a bunch of those engines have been sold over the years for all sorts of applications. I happened to have one in an '84 full-size conversion van that originally came with a 305.
Curious, where in Nebraska are you? I'm a Husker native myself.

Re: Lt1 questions!
this motor i bought had the lt1 intake an everything on it even had the hex head nuts on the intake an valve cover it came from a 89 camaro iroc i think
but youd think it would be a strong motor since it is a 350 tpi motor.

The 350 TPI was the highest rated HP V8 in 3rd gens, but it still wasn't all that great. The TPI itself really limited power, although it had nice seat-of-the-pants torque.
The heads were the best non-Vortec the factory ever made for production engines. Even so, they still don't measure up to LT1 or Vortec heads. Not that you can't get decent power out of them with proper cam and induction choices, though.
Are you sure about the LT1 intake? Have a picture?
It's been almost 29 years since I lived in Nebraska, but there are several good machine shops in the Omaha area. I had all of my machine work done in a shop in Lincoln when I lived there, can't remember the name, no idea if it's still in business. And, I no longer have any good contacts in Omaha.
