2jz swap

I have a 87 camaro no engine or Trans I want to put a 2jz in it I found a used one has under 50k miles on it it is a complete engine and has twin turbo set up and intercooler as well. I know they sell a conversion kit for a c10 Trans would this be possible?

Re: 2jz swap

Time, money and fabrication skills can swap any engine/driveline you want.

If you have enough fabrication skills then such a question doesn't need to be asked. Do the swap. Document and take lots of pictures to show everyone what you did.

Re: 2jz swap

I was gonna do this swap to mine as I also love 2JZ's and some buddies have done some amazing things with stock JZ's. After adding up the costs of a GTE ($2000) then a rear sump pan since most were front sump, then computer etc it would have cost more then I wanted to spend
