Doesn't really matter, The 140xxxxx casting number indicates it's from the 80's. Since it's not a 70's block, the TJW suffix code indicates it's from a 1980 3/4 ton pickup truck. Could be 2 or 4 bolt mains.
Since there's no telling what's inside (pistons, camshaft etc), it's not considered original so all the rest of the information means nothing. All the info is good for is to tell a parts person what it's from when ordering parts.
