Manual ecu to auto ecu

Hey everyone, I have a 1988 trans am GTA. Im doing an engine swap with s 93 lt1 out of a camaro. I have an automatic in my trans am but the ecu and harness is for a manual. How do I convert it to a automatic to fit in my 700r4 in my trans am? Help is appreciated!
