Stock L98 spring lift

What is the maximum lift that can be put on stock L98 springs? I'm looking at two different cams, one has a .454 lift, and the other a .480.

It varies. I have seen some handle almost .5 and some are in spring bind at .470 The stock springs are junk anyway, you should consider replacing them.
