Found a deal on an L98 TPI and I want to read up on what a swap would require.
Please point me toward what I need to know.
Is TBI to LT1 any harder?
Thanks

There is a good tech article on this website that you need to read, other than that just search the board. I am in the process of the same swap and have been researching for about six months.

If you really want to do it, get the Swapping Chevrolet TPI and TBI Engines book by Jags That Run. I wanted to do this swap about two years ago, and this book has a GREAT DEAL of information. You can get this book from www.summitracing.com. The truth is, though, buying a car that came stock with an L98 will almost always be more cost-effective than swapping one in, but if you found a really good deal, that book is the first thing I'd buy.
BTW, yes, a TBI to LT1 swap would be a hell of a lot more difficult.
