Just Curious...
I’m planning to swap a 5.3 in my 91 RS it’s Also a 5 Speed Manual I’m just Curous on how “Quick” Will it actually be compared to Newer Muscle Cars...
i would like to add a LS Based intake Long tube headers as well as Full Exhaust a Cold air Intake and 3:31 Rear Gears 4th gen Driveshaft Brand new Clutch flywheel etc etc...all the Supporting drivetrain parts I need a full suspension And Michelin Tires all 4 wheels 275-30-18
What cars can I actually Beat or Keep up with ?

Depends in how you build it, 5.3 can do from 300 to 700 hp. If you take a stock 5.3 straight out of a truck and put a car intake you will be faster than a stock thirdgen but slower than a stock ls 4th gen.
You should be faster than a new Honda Accord but probably slower than the factory supped up VW golf.
