Cant see anywhere what you want to run this in. Is the motor complete or just a shortblock. If you wanna go in the 11's it can be done with a "355ish", but IDK about the budget there.... Making the engine power is one thing, running 11's in the 1/4 is another.

Re: 350 keep or swap

$5500 is pretty good for 500 lb/ft, and that should do it. Make sure you understand how they made that 500lb/ft of torque, bc if you still have to buy intake, carb, distributor, headers - all that will cost a lot more than $5500. These ads are designed to suck you in and get your dough, it's o k as long as you know what you're getting in to. They make money on the other stuff you gotta buy bc you wanna make 500lb.ft of torque. Now if you could get close by using the stuff that's on your motor that's in your car running now, (intake exhaust, distributor, carb...) then you might make your budget and go fast too. But you gotta know that it doesn't take a lot to dummy down that 500lb/ft, a bad exhaust system and no tune will do that. Find out what it will really cost before you send your $5500 away.....
