I have an older chevy 350 I plan to swap into my 89 iroc z with a 305 TPI. I want to know roughly what I would need to do or change to get it to work, I also want to swap the 350 to EFI because I assume that would be easier to swap into the car. I have a long way to go as the 350 isn't in the best of shape but any advice now would be appreciated.

 

There are some differences in how the heads bolt to the intake manifold, you would need bigger injectors and a 350 tune. I would also convert the new 350 to a roller cam instead of the flat tappet downgrade it has now. Smart move keeping it EFI a little more headache up front but way better for the rest of the cars life.
