400hp+ 350 sbc build on a budget
Looking to build a 350 sbc for my 1992 Camaro rs budget around 3k just wanting suggestions for best way to go at it. Like starting from scratch with new block and everything or starting with a used engine and used parts?
Also if anyone has maybe a build sheet for there 350 build

1996-2000 Vortec 350 from the Chevy/GMC trucks and vans. Your budget only allows for a refresh.

Cam and valve springs into that vortec. Should get 400-425 pretty easily. Just need to find a good core and a refresh typically is just new rings/bearings, clean resurface head and deck. Valve job on heads. Check for cracks. Get it ready to run again, not really doing any power mods
