I mounted my Terminator ECU on the passenger side under the dash, as far as wiring the fuel pump, I used the green wire to trigger a relay for the fuel pump. I mounted a 40amp relay close to the fuel tank.

After you pull the factory stuff out string the harness back thru the hole the factory harness went in and up into the engine bay. You should have enough harness length to reach everything no problem. The fuel pump green wire you can use it to trigger the factory relay depending on what fuel pump you are using but ideally use the green wire to trigger a bigger relay then off to the pump. When I had an HP unit in my car I had it mounted in the factory ecu spot it fit perfectly
