Im currently doing a rebuild on my 91Z L98, replacing heads, camshaft ect. I have a friend with a 92 Chevy Z71 pickup with a 350, i was wondering if my stock L98 heads and camshaft would work on his TBI eqquiped 350, the heads and cam arent the same are they, my heads + cam should give him some more HP, but will this work ? And just for curiosity sake, how much are they worth $ and Hp wise over the stock Z71 350 ?

yes the heads an cam will work in his 1992 LO5 but you will have to get hydraulic roller lifters, a lifter valley spider, and some other pieces to convert it to a hydraulic roller cam. It has all the provisions, you just need to add some parts. He should get a good HP boost.
