305 to 350 swap, help with computer?!?

Ok I have a L03 and I am looking to put alot of money into it, vortec heads, intake, holley 670 TBI, headers, and exhaust. And that is this summer. Next summer if I switch out for a 350 most of my components will change directly over........ but what about my computer and electronics?!? what will I have to do there?

you'll need a 350 knock sensor, 350 Caprice chip, and 350 injectors.

ok I can get the knock sensor from GM, what kind of chip is that? do I need a whole new computer or is that just like the chip that I put in when I upgraded? and I was planning on getting the holley 670 TBI for the 350 and putting it on the 305.......... with that put to much fuel to the 305?

I did the same thing switching over from a 305 to 350. I had a hyper tech stage 2 chip in with the 305, left it in, and it ran fine.

Don't forget with the Vortec heads you'll need a special Vortec manifold.
