Ordering Headliner Board

I am thinking of ordering a ABS headliner with matching sun visors and sail panels for a hard top. I see there are loads of places that stock them in the US. Trouble is most only ship by UPS and when shipping is paid and the Irish customs take there chunk out it costs more than the headliner kit itself. The only way for me to avoid customs is to get it shipped from an indivdual and not a business, shipping by USPS is also cheaper than using a courier. I am wondering if any of you guys in the UK got a headliner kit sent from the States via USPS or is it too big to send by USPS.

I thought about it, but if it came damaged, the idea\cost of sending it back did'nt appeal much.
So i ordered it from Wisbech American, and am currently awaiting delivery, tho i'm definately ordering smaller stuff direct from the US.

How much are they charging for the headliner do you mind me asking? Are you getting a complete kit with the sun visors and sail panels. I was looking at more companies in the US that supply them and I think the ABS panel comes folded up to reduce the size. Is there a great chance that it will break with shipping I wonder.

I bought an abs back with the foam and liner already done, after trying to repair the original which was a joke.
Its a lot of money, about £190+vat but its all the interior needs to look decent again.

Thanks for letting me know. I was hoping to do the sail panels and sun visors.
