Hub caps

I need four of those funny little "knight Rider" hubcaps for the original 14" alloys.
Anyone seen\got\prepared to make me some ?
As i'm doing this old car to more or less original, its the biggest bits i'm struggling to find.

Thats the wheels, and they look bare, theres no provision to convert to centre caps, the rear are glued on ffs.
Fronts are missing.

3rd gen spares have some, but not dead cheap, ive been offered a set of wheels cheaper, but wanted to keep it original, so if anyone sees any on e-bay etc, please tell me!!!

nm , got some.

and a new mallory dizzy, and 2 new door handles, oh and a matching lock set, and.................................help i'm bankrupt...............

Sorry mate, only one's I've seen on e-bay are the multispoke Pontiac alloys like what are on my T/A (and the blue one in the message board pic), as far as I can tell the German seller has two of them on sale.

BTW it wasn't you was it on Bank Holiday Monday tea time leaving the Broughton roundabout to join the M6 interchange (Preston junc.32) ? I glimpsed a red 3rdgen 'Bird as I was entering the roundabout?

I'm after some centre caps for mine - at least e-bay has them

No it was'nt me, i wish it was tho.
Ive removed all mirrors, door handles, spoiler etc etc, ready for the paint job, [Sept 17th] my bro-in-law works at Quicks, and we are wizzing it into their ovens to bake it.
Im just doing a lot of sanding atm , grinding a little, and generally reducing it to rubble.
ICI have the scheme to mix Spectra Red, and i got 4 bowling ball hubcaps off e-bay. [£75 ].
Just tracking down seals for the roof rails and the side window exterior weather strips.
Some door handles i ordered on the 22nd [brockscamaro in the US on e-bay] arrived today, beating a rear arm for a BMW Touring, my m8 ordered from Gloucester for next day delivery [that was on the 23rd and its still not here]. Next month delivery more like.
Thats Britain for you.

Side window exterior weather strips? the ones on the top of the door metal? I just got some GM ones recently from American and Sepciality Auto! Expensive though - £45 each
A bit fiddly to fit, but you shouldn't have to remove the glass. Any questions just ask.

Its all been done thanks. All thats left in the passenger door is the glass, i need a handle on one side to get in.
No, you can just get away without removing the glass for those.
Going to look real Nascar when i go trundling past United's ground.
Ive ordered the little guide rubbers at the front of the glass, and the two weatherstrips for along the outside of the door, and they are'nt cheap for what they are. Next its new roof rail strips around the roof\side window glass join.
It doesnt leak, but they look like someones been eating them.
Got a full set of door locks today [1 ignition\2 door \tailgate] for $72 inc postage as i'm fed up of no spares, and 3 different keys.
I'm sure you could build a whole trans-am for under a grand.
