Headlights uk

I've got a 1982 z28 Camaro.

I'm in the UK.

Anyone out there converted their headlights for UK use, if so what did you use and where did you get them from?

I've got mine taped at the moment but all of a sudden it seems that's not good enough anymore!

Cars been here since 1988 but all of a sudden the mot guy is not happy with my lights!!!

Cheers for any help

Thanks for that I've just had a 2 week nightmare trying to get my car through it's mot I think the garage had it in for me because I didn't let them do the work on it. I've been using the garage for 15 years ish but never again. The old saying of when they are busy the cars ok when they are slack it needs lots of repairs comes to mind.

Is the issue that on low beam (dip) they point to the "wrong" side?

I sorted the lights thanks, the main issue seemed to be that the mot inspector was trying his best to find fault no matter what I did to put it right. Needles to say that after 14 years using this garage they have lost my custom for good and I've put the word around as well.

Cheers ADP
