To buy a vehicle you have to be resident in Spain (temporary "school or work" or fixed) and you have to register the vehicle in a home. Each year a tax on each car according to engine capacity and power is greater or less economic amount is paid.

I never put insurance on the list of taxes because insurance is special ,the way you drive and so on but that annual tax is starting to **** me off.180 euros is not alot but it adds up when you get 2-3 cars and remember we are not talking about luxury cars here ,there are people who pay for a €150,000 Tesla zero annual tax....that is bs and a insult for those of us who know what cars are.
After reading your list of "prices" I'm seriously thinking of moving my cars to Spain
