Car: 1986 Ta/Firebird

Engine: 305 0.30 over(310ci)'dyno'd @10:6.1 cr. , 462 heads,Ported. edelbrock eps manifold,2701 cam,1406 carb.Headman Headers.

Transmission: 5 Speed

Exaust Manifolds

Need Help on some Stock exaust manifolds.I have a 1986 TA carburated model 305 and need to know if the Spark Plugs go over or under.Cant seem to find the correct ones.all the ones i looked at the Last bolt pattern on the passenger side is to long for the head..
Need help Badly,getting a Big Headache

Transmission: 700r4

Axle/Gears: 3.23

The plugs go under the manifold. You've been looking at the correct manifolds. The passenger side manifold uses a 3d bolt hole further back in the head. Not all chevy heads have that 3d hole. I had to order a different set of heads for my 87 because the heads i had(not stock) were missing that hole. Headers will fit without the extra hole.
