I am comming down to that time where i have to make a decsion between hooker super comp shortie's(pn-2055 include a y - pipe) and Tes headers. The super comp shorties are for i think 86 - 90 camaro i have a 91. Will i have to replace my cat? and my I - pipe? Either way i would have to change my cat with the hookers right?

You could adapt the 2055's to your TBI cat, but like TAS said, you're just hurting yourself.
The '86-'90 vs your '91 doesn't have anything to do with being able to mount a full '86-'90 TPI system (headers, cat, cat-back) to your car. It has to do with what years/models to which stock systems will bolt to a particular aftermarket piece.
Your best bet would be to get the headers, direct-fit 3" '86-'90 TPI single cat, and matching cat-back and do it all at once.
