Earl's or Percy's aluminum header gaskets
Any suggestions/preferences as to which ones are "better." Also, is getting copper collector gaskets a good idea, or are the ones that come with the headers good enough? I'm getting Flowtech shorties.

It's a good idea to get better gaskets than come with the headers. The gaskets that come with them tend to not seal properly and leak, or get burnt out. As for copper/aluminum, I'm not really sure about that. You might also want to get some good header bolts too. Stage 8 makes some good locking bolts.
