A question...

I have a set of Flowtech headers without the AIR tubes. Can I install them without the AIR tubes hooked up? Or should I just sell them and get a set with AIR tubes?

Depends on what emissions are like where you are.

if you do have strict emissions...

it depends on how creative you can get with a drill, a welder, 8 fine treaded nuts, and a pipe bender

That's an idea too.
I'm wondering if I could take the AIR tubes off the old manifold and make it work... I guess I could put it anywhere I want? (Like on the top on both sides, and make another tube to connect it?)

That's a good idea, I never thought about that before. As long as it looks like they have AIR, you could have whatever headers you want... Not really applicable to me in Indiana though, but good for future reference.
