header problems
I was thinking of getting headers. I have heard that headers are not too good of an idea for a car that is a daily driver like mine. People say they leak a ton and there are always problems with the gaskets. Is this true? Also I will need to keep my car emmissions legal so I will need all the ports for everything. Does Hooker make a header with these ports? What problems has everyone had with headers?

***, yes buy good gaskets. I have a bad leak right now cause of the donut gasket. Headers are fine though for a daily driver.

Headers are fine on a daily driver, just get good gaskets (copper/aluminum) and good bolts and you shouldn't have any problems with them. Hooker makes there headers so you can order them with or without the AIR connections. The main problem with headers is getting them installed (PITA to get them manifold bolts out, and getting the headers in) but after they're installed, you shouldn't have to touch them again.
