Ok I Give Up
I HAVE TOTALLY REWIRED MY92 FIREBIRD (due to RIGHTHANDDRIVE conversion)NOW I'M STUCK ON WHAT LOOKS LIKE A THERMOSTAT TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE CAR BEHIND THE CAT.
OK WHATS IT DO ? DO YA NEED IT?. ITS GOT 2 WIRES (black,red) COMING OUT & I AIN'T GOT A CLUE WHERE THEY GO!
THERE AIN'T A PONTY FOR 20 SHEEP STATIONS SO I CAN"T GO LOOK AT SOMEONES.

Soory but I ain't gotta clue what your talking about. Do you have any pics? That would probably help out more.

no pics of thermo? etc sorry, may be able to get some but not for a week or 2
the car went from the USA to an owner in Japan so maybe it could be some type of after market, it looks after market coz wires r not loomed.
i also found a small black box(electrical)with wires coming out ???
no way to tell where either go or come from as car was a stripped bare inside.
