I have had it with this spohn torque arm!
I got this torque arm and I tried installing it with no luck. Because of the custom y-pipe with my headman long tubes I couldn't bolt the exhaust back up after the new tranny crossmember was on. So I waited about a month and a half to get the exhaust redone. I got a new y-pipe made and it has to hang lower to clear the crossmember. The problem is that I can't even drive up into my driveway without dragging it really bad. There is only 4 1/2" clearance. I was thinking of getting some shorties and a custom y-pipe but I decided that I don't want to lose the extra flow from the long tubes. Does anyone have a solution to this?
I have had it on almost a week and I am sick of it. I had to give up my cutouts for this also. I really think that I am selling this Spohn TA and getting a different one.

Welcome to the "exhaust wont fit with Spohn TA club." I had to hack up my new Mufflex 4" system to get it to work-still too low, so I am now using a smashed Y pipe and looking at some flat (rect) Nascar style pipe

Well, I think that I'm gonna just get another type of adjustable TA that I can use the stock crossmember with.
89Irocz23 I don't know how much I want out of it. It is brand new. I just got it on last Tuesday. I have about 430.00 in it with shipping. It also has the drivershaft safety loop. I also had to wait about 6 weeks or so to have it made and sent to me. I would just about trade for another brand of adjustable one with a safety loop.
Where can you get that nascar style pipe?
