Can I order an x-pipie or h-pipe designed my designed for my car or do I have to get an universal. What would this cost? Or would a muffler shop just make one up?

these cars are so rare were I'm from... exspecially modified ones. Just no experience around here. Most shops just say it cann't be done so they don't have to mess with it.
