Is this gonna leak?

I am so dissapointed with these Flowtech headers. Number one none of the flanges are flat and I had to torque down the bolts so hard to get it level on the head. Number two, when i am torquing down the collectors it looks like collector flange is bending, as you can see in the pic. Does this gap look big enough to create a leak? It is hard to see in the pics but it is between a 1/16" and 1/32" gap on all three sides and both collectors. Wouldn't let me post a bigger pic.

Good because the other collecters have a bigger gap. I can't start her now because I need to get some 90* spark plug boots. Plus if it was going to leak I would take the time now while the car is cool to shove an extra gasket in there.

i dont remember what kinda gap my headers had when i first installed them, but they are all warped now from the heat, and no leaks. if you are worried about leaks, there is this neat thing called the header hush, go chek it out ....... www.headerhush.com

Well I switched some wires around and got the car to start. No leaks that I can tell but the car was only on for a few minutes. I did hear a ticking sound (one every 5 or 6 seconds) comming from underneith the car. Could this be a little leak at the collectors?

I've decided to hook up cat. I am going to put a 3" cat to connect to my cat-back and have a reducer on it to go to the 2.5" y-pipe. For now there is a 15" space between the y-pipe and cat-back. I am going to run it like this for a little bit because I need the car and can't have it in the shop. Plus I gotta order the cat.
