Best Exhaust

Okay, I'll be running a 383 soon and it needs to breathe. What would be the best way to go for exhaust? I'd like to go with a true dual(I have a way to do it) but I'd like to see if their are any good flowing catback sytems out. I'll be using Heddman shorty headers and their Y-pipe, what would hook up good to that? I only ask because Tulsa Co. police have started checking cars emissions if they are running loud. Or should I risk the $1500 fine and wait a year till I'm out of Tulsa Co.?

Unless you're trying to reach 12s when you're border line 13, I wouldn't risk $1500 fine for duals. Then again I wouldn't risk it at all. Just get a nice cat-back, Hooker is proven to flow more on higher HP engines.
Though duals are a very good idea.
