blue smoke
blue smoke
does blue smoke necessarily mean burning oil? cuz im getting blue smoke wen i rev the engine.. and there arn't tell tale signs of oil deposits on the spark plugs..so watelse might be causing blue smoke?
Oil......
Mine was burning oil but never showed the severe oil fouling on the plugs. Guess the plugs stay hot enough.
I think the only time you will see oil deposits if if your are SEVERELY burning oil.

when you rev your engine is it when the car has been sitting for a while.. if so it might just be your valve stem seals...
my 1989 chevrolet astro van, has bad valve stem seals, and when the car has been sitting for a few hours it smokes on startup for a couple of seconds to a minute or two, depending on the temperautre of the engine..
