collector bolts

I keep on having problems with my collector bolts on my headman headers. Every week or 2 I keep blowing gaskets because the bolts keep on losing up as I drive the car. I tighten the **** out of the bolts and they still somehow losen up. Do any of you have or had this problem. What can I use to stop my bolts from losening up?

Or lock nuts, but not the kind with plastic or fiber locking features.
You could also drill the bolt heads and nuts for saftey wire.

Lock nuts are cool and cheap if you have a local nuts and bolts place. They should do the trick.
