exhaust help, please!

ok...i ordered the hooker cat-back exhaust for 200$...and my car is engine code H and that system is for G, F, 7...will it still work?...what would have to be done?...should i just return it and get the right one?...thanks

Well, does your cat have a rectangular flange that connects to the i pipe? If not, you'll have to cut the flange of the cat-back you're getting and weld or you might be able to clamp it.

if i'm looking at the right thing its like an oval shape kinda...would it be more expensive to just have them weld it like you said or ordered the other system?

The pipe is ovalish, but the flange is rectangular. It would probably equal out pretty much. I would just keep what you got and do it that way, the shop should only charge $20-$40 to do a weld.

ok, thanks for the help...i think i might have ordered the wrong headers too , but i'm not sure...i got the hooker headers that come with a y pipe and 4 bolt flange for the cat...you think that sounds right?...thanks for all the help so far

hmm, never seen ones with a flange for the headers.
