i was planning on getting the SLP 3/4 headers with AIR, but i think they are too expensive, are there any good quality alternatives. ive also looked at edelbrock, but what are some others, it is a 350 TPI motor

Get the $99 hedman shorty's, Get the $100 y-pipe....Take the Y pipe to a custom exhaust shop and have them duplicate the y using 2 1/2" or 3" pipe. Then send the y-pipe back for refund. Result? You now have the next best thing to long tube headers

Maybe you can try MAC. I've seen them go for a reasonable price, and I've seen them go for a hell of a lot more. I've seen the True-Fit ones for as low as $400. And that's with a y-pipe and coated.
